Hello all,
I opened CCS 4.3 up today and noticed that the gui looks to be corrupt. I am seeing the following issues:
project and help menus missing on the menu bar
Code and live preview tabs missing on the bottom
when trying to publish ftp upload doesn't start
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times. I had an issue like this before where the table menu was not displayed. Support had me register a dll in the office folder, but I cannot remember which one.
I also tried the subinacl and that did not fix the issue.
Came home activated the product and all is well. I will try to publish the website tonight to see if that works.

Hi
This has happened to me many times. I have no clue what causes it but what has happened is CCS thinks you have a bootlegged or Cracked copy.
Why CCS seems to randomly do this is a mystery but the last couple of times it was related to the fact that I was not connected to the internet when I started CCS.
You are probably gonna have to contact support to fix it. Also, after this happens enough times you will not be able to re-activate the product because it will tell you you have exceeded the number of activations.
The last time this happened to me was on a Friday and I was out of business for the entire weekend till support came back to work and allow more activations.
Go figure...

You think if I try to activate the gui again it will fix it? I do not have an active support agreement with CC, but it is a valid license key.

What they have had me do is uninstall CCS then in the registry remove all the Yessoftware entries. Then re-install and re-activate.
Give that a try.
I still have no clue why CCS does that exactly.
