We want to make report builder but we want, when clic to page 2, header section of report will always in top of the report like an excel print.
Do you understand me?
If you see this example: http://www.patrimonionatural.net/rutas_de_senderismo2.php
at bottom begin a new section; then if I clic Next (Siguiente) you see second page but I want this page begin with : Provincia: LEÓN
Espacionatural: Parque Nacional y Regional ‘Picos de Europa’
because is the header if the section.

Create an includable page for the header, then just place it at the top
of all of your report pages.

Part of this might be able to be done by using the group by feature in report builder to group by province
