Since FTP publishing is new with this release, please let me know if I am doing something wrong, but --
When publishing via FTP, the entire project gets uploaded, however the Theme files cannot be uploaded in my case because it is trying to send them to /var/www/html/bugs\Themes instead of /var/www/html/bugs/Themes. I am uploading to a Linux machine running Mandrake 8.2.

Hey Codecharge. Will this be fixed in final release?
I hope so, cause it really sucks trying to publish to UNIX! Even if you opt to use manual FTP, because of the "open" files, you end up sending files to your server witha ~ prepended to any files open at the time of FTP.
You end up having to close CCS in order to publish the files.
