The icons in the toolbox are not appearing for me...they're the icon of the Paint program. Same goes for items in pages...headers, forms, footers. The items work, I just can't see the usual icons. Anyone else having this problem?

G'day,
I had a similar problem, and found that one of my paint programs had hijacked the file associations for *.ico - I changed it so that the program wasn't associated with *.ico any more, and the problem disappeared.
