I have a customized project in CC2 that
I want to move to CC Studio. There are
many custom events in the CC2 project.
I searched the forum and found that a
conversion tool will be available
to help migrate CC2 files.
Is there a timeframe for
when this tool will be ready?

Here, here. I too would love to see that too. I think YesSoftware would be pretty much close to full circle when that happens.
But I would presume that it would take some complex coding to create a conversion tool. The architecture is so much different from the CC2 and CCS. I'm sure it will take some time, due to that and also there first GA'd release of CCS. There probably going to have to spend some time with the first couple of builds of CCS (bug fixes,etc) before they can bring more focus on a conversion tool.
Hopefully im wrong.
I too have much custom code on my projects. I can't see myself making the jump to CCS until something like that is available.

Hi,
I think the CodeCharge Development team should and will use all their time for a correct working CodeCharge Studio 1.0 final release.
Maybe they can publish a document with some tips regarding conversion as done with their own sample solutions like Portal, Employee etc.

All CC Studio examples were recreated using CCS.
The conversion tool is being completed and we hope to have it ready by the release date.
