I have made several calls to their phone numbers and always go to VM.
Hopefully they are still in business :)

I gave up. Intensively looking around.
The good thing is - there are some tools with potential, bad thing - my main product is CCS-based.
Yes is irresponsible.

Well, I'm hoping that yes is just a small company and very busy hacking code on a new upgrade. They also have very good forum support, and in the years I've used there product, I have yet to have to call support directly, even though I've paid for the option. Let's just be patient and wait and see, gentlemen

Hello Jan,
When I call any company and go to VM then I assume that they are busy, not accuse them of being closed. Accusations do not benefit you and I recommend not to spread rumors. Unless you really believe that every company is closed when you reach their VM 
And sometimes indeed we spend 2 hours on the phone with people that, for example, cannot get their IIS configured, so please be kind to other people and do not demand that we drop everything that we are doing and answer only your phone call. We actually can be helpful and therefore busy.
Please also note that there is always the email and support system that our customers use every day to communicate with us. You actually can get a faster response this way than demanding that someone stops helping others and answers your phone call.
