Advanced developers surely has missed double click on the left side from php code

expecting than a pop-up window suggest you to fix a debug point,

¿is there any way to do a professional debugg on CSS?

¿at least anything better than echo everywhere?

Unfortunately no. Swap over to the 'wishes' newsgroup and put in the
wish. That helps move things up the list (or so is the concept at other
places).
