I have bought a years worth of priority support. My first ticket has been open since September 2010 without a single response.

That's not normal, have you tried more than once? Normally they are very responsive for help....

It is rare that we may not answer a support request, but if this happens you can PM me your support case number and I will check into it, or you can respond to your order confirmation email, or submit another support case.
