Is session.save_path in php.in pointing to a location with full permissions? Is IUSR one of the users permitted to write to that folder?

I had a similar problem on my W2k, IIS, PHP local server using CCS Beta5.
I posted this issue on the newsgroup and got this response from "Sixto" which fixed the problem:
"CCS, as well as regular CC2, assumes that session variables are registered
as globals. That is not the case with a default PHP configuration (for PHP
4.1 onward). To make session management works as is without modifications
you should make sure to set
register_globals = On
in php.ini. There're maybe other ways to deal with this, but I'm not that
familiar with PHP."
