I just wanted to post a message telling how grateful I am for all the help Helen D has given me. All of the CC Support staff are good folks, but it seems like the brain twisters I come up with always fall on Helen's shoulders.
She always comes through! Keep up the good work - where ever you are!

Helen has been a wonderfully helpful presence and an inspiration because of how incredibly knowledgable and brilliant she is!
I'm totally grateful too!
And yes, the rest of the staff is great too!

I am next :
I have been using Code Charge since 2000. Initially started as a playing ground, today it is one of my most valuable software tools on hand. Their support is incredible. I would say they have the best support personnel that understand a user question and guide to the best possible answer in short time. Way to go YESSOFT!!!

I also must add my agreement on the support issues. I haven't actually had to use the support much over the past (geeze is it 3 years already???) but those few times I have had to use em, the support folks have been EXCELLENT!
