Has anyone had a problem with SQL code not passing from the visual query builder from the design mode into the .asp code. When I add a line in the one screen it does not show up in the other. So I have been copy pasting into both. Do I have to rebuild SQL or refresh or save or something.

Yes,

There´s a connection within the visual query builder and the auto code generated into the php page,if you´ve modify manually any of the functions from the php view it´s possible than the visual query builder has stopped auto generating the code.
