I know this is not CCS issue. But I just need some one to help me with a php, Ajax or any language code. I can integrate into my PHP application.
I have an application that assign memo to employees and the application includes forum.
All I want is a solution to ALERT the employees when there is an assigned task or memo.
An ALERT like POP-UP ALERT.

Decide where to run the alert than decide a condition which will allow to show the alert or not,
then show the alert.

All I am looking for is a solution that will alert users when there is a memo sent to them.
It will pop up at the right side of the monitor whenever a memo is sent to their userID.

so how will your application determine if a memo has been sent to someone?
the database has no push technology so that wont help.
the session in which someone submits a new memo knows there is a new memo for someone but it cannot execute code on a remote computer so that womt help.
i would suggest an ajax script that checks the database every 5mins (1min/1hr or whatever is suitable for your needs) and alerts user to new memo.
you could also do that with an iframe and even just create it as an include and include on every page and it will just check every time there is a page change. you could add auto page refresh on pages that dont have input fields to increase the frequency that script runs.
you could also have the system send the user an email with the new memo or link to memo as in the example pack.

Hello, I will like to go with that your idea of Ajax script. I have a html auto refresh code on the page already.
Please can you help with a code that you think can do this.
thanks

nope. this you should do yourself. use the ccs service builder and make a html list
you now know your method - ajax so now you need to think mechanics -
what will query be? how will it know whether the memo is new? how will you update the memo once user reads it so that it no longer shows as new?
do you need to add a new field to database?

I´m thinking on a mysql trigger than runs when a new task is added to the user on the dba,I mean, when a new row is inserted on the dba table which has the task users then on this trigger show an alert.
