can any one tel me in detail that how to insert sub record form in main record form? and i have one to many relationship?

then how i can insert? when one table primary key is foregin key another table? should i have to insert enteries again in foreign key

im not sure i really understand your scenario - but i think you need to look at custom insert/update to change more than one table.

I think he wants a record form on the top and than when clicking the button add then on a form grid a new row is add,I do this on my projects managing the builders, when the builder is finished I change the html code from one of the forms and place it on the top,this way the record stays on the top and the grid on the bottom.
