sir!
look. i have two table in mysql city and countries, and i have one to many relation between them.

now i want to make form which consist of these two tables with one to many relation.
how can i make such record frm becuase in code chrage studio insert form only take one table not 2? it is my problem?

i still dont understand your question.
if you want/need to update more than 1 table you need to use custom insert/update
what has the one to many relationship got to do with the issue?
