can anybody give me custom insert code to insert from one form to one to many relational database of two tables?

stop asking the same question multiple times. whenever any one asks additional info of you or makes a suggestion you simply fire off another post of the same question. i have tried to respond to your question several times and all you do is repost so im afraid i cannot help you...
