hi,

On a normal edit mode record form by default the focus is placed on the delete button,

when our customer has finished modifying a record, press the enter button and then the record

is deleted, the customer expects than when pressing the enter button the record being saved,

obviously Ive think to take out the focus from the delete button and take the focus in the update

button, but whats my surprise that this is not the solution because when clicking enter the record still being deleted any suggestion?

Thank you for your time.

You'll need to do one of two things... Either physically place the
Submit button before all of the other buttons, or go through all of the
components on the page and specify a 'tabindex' value, sequentially
making the Submit button a lower value than the Delete button.

The 'Make Default Button' client-side action will not work in all browsers.

Ok,

the tabindex value didnt worked out, so I had to place the save button on the html code before than the delete button.

I tryed to use the make default button option but I didnt realise than some code were added
so it didnt work.

As always thank you for the right answer.
