I too would like to know how to use jquery in CCS 4.3...

After looking at the docs on IxEdit; would IxEdit manipulate the html that CCS created? what happens when/if you regenerate CCS?

To use jQuery with codecharge - just include the jquery.js file in html and start using it
You need to manually do every thing as the wizards will not help you here
If you know HTML and Javascript well it is very easy however I would happy to see jQuery officially supported in CCS

Info.

CCS Code is very sensitive where U put the jQuery javascript include in your HTML.

It needs to be the last javascript include or it breaks CCS javascript

If you are going to use jQuery there is no point using CCS's javascript anyway...

Hi

That is somewhat true. But the conficts come from loading the base javascripts for CCS.

Also if U have an Artisteer template.. it will interfere with that.

I have found the best place to include jquery.js in right after the body tag in CCS projects.

But there are probably many other solutions.

John
