Hi,
Can anyone give me some pointers on creating a row level limit so that I can have a situation where multiple users login and only get rows listed for view or editing based on a field such as an acct number or id number. In other words I am trying to create a system like the Task Manager but don't want all users to be able to view all projects only their own. But would like to be able to have managers view all and edit all projects.

Thanks
Del

Del,
to display only records that belong to logged in user only you should add:
- in CC: Input parameter UserID of session type on Grid form. Assign it to proper field of the table.
- in CCS: open Data Source dialog and add Where condition that compares table field to session variable CCUserID or CCUserLogin
