Running on 2003 server.
Deleted two registry entries that were suggested and reinstalled.
No luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to run CCS as an Administrator. You'll also likely need to
specifically grant full folder rights to the CCS installation location
for that Admin user.

Error:A system error occurred while saving the
Functions.js.
System message: Tried to open read-only file for writing, or file's sharing mode does not allow specified operations, or given path is a directory
is ther any one who can help me
