It'd be nice if registered users, those that actually paid, were notified first. Just my two cents. A simple email would have been nice.

Jeremy, I was simply making a statement, I wasn't looking for your input. Reply with your email, and next time I'll contact you if I want your response. Thanks.

This being a public forum, common logic would suggest that everyone has a voice and it's rather amusing observing posters who seem to believe that starting a thread implies moderation authority.

If the developers waited till the process of informing of elegible customers was ready the release would be delayed, at least by a few days.

The close co-operation of CCS team and the posters on the forum and newsgroup has been extremely responsive during the CCS beta. The release of the PHP FTP fix most recently is just one example of YS always willing to go the extra mile for users. Reading the posts does suggest that a majority of the posters are registered users.

The release is in the same developer-friendly spirit, making the product available at the first possible instant, hot off the foundry, instead of some exclusive issue to paid customers first.

My purchase agent upgraded me some time ago and since then I've been trying to help out on the NG while waiting for final-release.

The ready availability and functionality of the CC and now CCS 30-day trials means that I can introduce other developers to these excellent products.

This is the release of an eagerly awaited product. It does seem rather petty to gripe and moan instead of congratulating the hard work and dedication of the CCS developers.

Greetings,
Dave

Great work Code Charge Team, just got another slick in the mail from FMS I think it should be FM$ (fully Mature Cost myself) and still get constant messages from Database Creations as well. I am happy to say that your product kicks them both to the curb and even at the new price is so far below theirs that you are bound to pick up much more business. I think your pricing is good for the Industry as many developers and small businesses would not benefit from it otherwise. Please keep up the good work and remember the small businesses and struggling developers getting started. Oh and Jeremy John probably didn't realize you were just haveing some fun in exhileration of the new release.

Thanks Again

Oh man, I received some announcement about CCS last week. Didn't everyone get that? And John, maybe new emails are already coming, but then I'd be pissed that CCS is already up on the site and there are no message postings about it here.
