Hi,
Tried to use Likno Web Modal Builder (http://www.likno.com) for nice modal popups on my codecharge built website. However the popups only show information from the first database record shown on the screen. Anyone who can help me out to solve this?

I use FancyBox it's very easy to integrate with CCS. No issues with showing data etc. and you can use iframes which is very useful.
Generally you put your stuff between divs and hide them. Then show them when you need to.
I started using iexedit which is also very good, no sure it does modal though?
