Hi,

This is the solution to this thread:

http://forums.codecharge.com/posts.php?post_id=114574

I just I can say I solved it:

I´m gonna explain how I were successfully:

You need to open your mind and blank crap writers.

On the main page of our application there´s a link which leads on a pop-up

window where the user can do a request for a new user.

So when the user do the request an alert window is showed with the coming message:

"The user were successfully submitted" so when clicking accept the window is closed.

Solution:

On the url where I load the pop-up window I add a parameter this way:

thisisthepage.php?parameter=1; (Client Side)

then I catch the parameter value on the before show event and add it to a hidden text box (Server Side)

then on the On load event from the form I do compare the value from the hidden text

if the value is equal to 1 then do nothing else if the value is different to 2 then show the alert

message and close the window. (Client side)

Then on the "Return Page" option of the form I load again the same page but this time the parameter than I send is equal to 2 this way:

thisisthepage.php?parameter=2;

The trick is when the user is submitted the value of the hidden textbox is

2;?parameter=1;

So this works great.

Hi Damian,

I´ll do that.

Don´t missunderstood my words, of course I don´t wanna disturb the one´s who try to help

me, what I mean is I want than those who write crap without knowing the results of what

they´re saying, think twice before to post or just they check the proposed solutions.

My time is important, not yours?

Greets.
