Autofill - Warning:An unclosed string constant. Ln: 39, Col: 147.

Line 39:
new
Ajax.Request("services/prod2_store_products_price_PTAutoFill1.php?keyword="
+ encodeURIComponent($("store_productsprice").value).replace(/'/g, "%27"), {

Even the Ajax Samples by CodeCharge produce this error (different line no!)
so its not new!!

I think it's only trying to clean up the keyword so it can be passed in the URL?

So if it were a name it would replace a space with %27.

There are some better brains on here who can answer this question.

It's not a bug in CCS. Just a coding error.

easily fixed ;-)

Got my old grey matter working/learning - haha!

Server supports PHP5

Project was set to PHP4.x

Changed it to PHP5.x & the depricated message is gone.

The demo now works

but if I try to build Autofill (I know its alreday built in this
example...) - still can't do step 9! so how was it built!!!

Hi,

I remind than I experienced this error many times, when started on dependent list boxes following the CCS examples, my solution was to delete services, features and start again,
then the error just disappear,to be honest, the process on the CCS examples isnīt perfect explained, you have to get some skills to know which steps has sense and which does not.
