When I want to run Codecharge code from localhost - I have experienced some problems - not finding the web-page. Below is my solution:
Every time I boot up my machine, I have to run "inetmgr", click on the root and start the server (Action window on the right side). Next, click on subfolder "Default Web Site" and do the same thing. Note that sometimes it won't let me start "Default Web Site" - seems as if this has to do with Skype. So I am always quitting Skype - I have not seen this problem since.
