hi there,
last night i bought ccs5, i used also previous Versions before. i use since a few days Windows 8 consumer preview and after installing everything i installed codecharge. unfortunately it does not start!
if i want to start it i can see the first Screen saying "Verifying: XML DOM Document… Passed" and nothing happens. I Also tried to start in compatibility modes, as administrator, with and without Virus scanner, with or without MS Defender. i googeld everything and there is another Topic in here which says reinstall after deleting registry entries. i even did this !
does anyone has an idea how to start ccs5? i Need it really urgent for my job!!!!
badest way is to Format Laptop again and use win 7 again but i love win 8 and everything works fine exept codecharge. i wrote to Support but still no answer!
