There are many errors in IIS configuration when we try to publish a NET project.

Is frustrating...

How can we do it more easy???

Or some absolutly sure list to solve errors?

Is a problem that I can no t see solved in version 5

What kind of errors are you seeing? I'm using the VB.Net InMotion template without any issues.

Me, too. I can publish and test a CCS5 project in php, but am having problems in .net. For Java, I'm not clear on whether we can use the jdk 1.7 and Tomcat 7; it appears not.

Gotta say, though, in spite of the enormous frustrations of setting up the environment to generate .net apps, this is a lot of fun.

luiscarlosh,

I just found something that helps, especially if you're getting that IIS7CreateApp.exe and redirection.config error.

Go to %WinDir%\System32\Inetsrv\Config, and modify the Read permissions for redirection.config. Then try to publish the project again.

I still get a

'An invalid argument was encountered'

eternal popup box, when trying to view an asp.net project in Live Page mode. And it's necessary to use Task Manager to quite CCS5. But at least it can be published to a localhost or a website, and it seems to work fine in both places.

If you have any further problems, go ahead and post them.

Any progress on this I'm getting this error:
"The files '/FINOPS/App_Code/InMotion/Web/Controls/DataOperationEventArgs.cs' and '/FINOPS/App_Code/components/TextParameter.vb' use a different language, which is not allowed since they need to be compiled together."

tks,
