 CCS5 Datepicker and Logout problems (RESOLVED)

Using CCS% and Artisteer design:

Both Inline Datepicker and Popup Datepicker do not work.

Logout on login page is not working. Everything set correctly with param ?Logout=True.
Logout action is being called but....

The only way to login to the secure site again is to close the browser and restart.

Any ideas?

The logout problem is solved:

You must have a return page set for the login page. You cannot rely on the Home Page setting as this also seems to be lost once you logout.

Where Should I put this code?

I have a lot of Date Pickers into my projects...
