How i use radio to check Yes or NO option for blog user

I can not use radio button to show one choice from database, it mean that, i use radio button to show Yes or No from filed in database, i use one fields store 0 and 1 , if 1 show Yes in radio button, other

On the radio button itself select data Source type and set it to ListofValues.
Then underneath that in hte DataSource box put this: 1;Yes;0;No
