I have sent tools 2 emails for support ticket over past weeks and NO reply.

SO DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT DECENT SUPPORT.

They purport to be..

I purchased dependent listboxes builder a few weeks ago.

During the purchase, I received advice that I would get activation link within 24 hours.

When this did not happen, after 2 days I emailed them and received it pretty quickly.

However, with regard to support issues, no chop....

The code charge tools are quite useful but it seems they have give up and don´t operate anymore, so I wonder why the yes software doesn´t add those functionality to code charge studio? It makes the studio much more attractive and useful.

On April 23rd I asked in an email....

Hello,
How soon will JS menu builder be available for CCS v5?

On April 25th I received the following reply...

Hello.
Hopefully it will be ready in 2-4 weeks.

I have sent a few emails since but have received no replies. Why does he not just inform his customers of the state of play!!! If he's gone, so be it and let us move on.

Built-in menu builder with designs from Artisteer looks much better then CCT JS menu builder. Why to use it? 8-)
