Anybody else experiencing this? Computer is a Dell m5040. Never happened before on other systems with both. No idea what's going on.

UPDATE: I forgot to install as Administrator, and run it as Admin - so I may have shot myself in the foot. Trying that now.

Any software with the word "Norton" in it should be un-installed and binned immediately.

Norton 360 deleted both version 4 and version 5 for me. Trying to recover now.

Try reinstalling but install as Admin and run as Admin.
