As I could not longer wait for Google Maps Update from Codecharge Tools, I decided to develop a workaround for CCS5 which is easy enough to incorporate and adjust for most map scenarios.
The first beta will be available by the end of the week and support Google Maps V3 and many of its features.
Even Non-Programmers and CCS Beginners will be able to use this workaround.
Please let me know if anybody is interested. For now we will do this for ASP.net 4 and Inmotion.

FYI, we will be providing a complete CCS5 project file. And as most part was done in Java and JQuery it should be easy to convert to other languages.
