 Where is the support?

I have emailed support twice about possibly renewing my license since it expires in a couple days.

Anyone know if i renew my license for 5.X, will the license still work with 4.X? We have some projects here that don't convert properly over to 5.X and codecharge throws an error and shuts down (and says contact support, which they don't respond back to me anyway). We don't really need all the features of 5.X and would rather work in 4.X as it is anyway. Is there any way to just buy a code for 4.X instead of 5.X?

Support has been mum on this and i need an answer soon because my license expires.

Try submitting a support ticket instead of a direct e-mail.

4.X and 5.X have separate licenses and they can work together.
If expires 4.x license - you can renew it. :)

That's unusual. They usually respond relatively quickly. Try giving them a call as suggested by DataDoIT. That might do the trick.

maybe response wrongly labeled as spam? you check mailbox or support case? :)

My apologies to YesSoftware. Their emails was caught in our company Spam box and deleted before they were delivered to me. I was able to look through logs and get case id from the subject line and then manually enter the case number and email in the response screen to view solution.

However i didn't get a straight answer. The first person whom responded said you could use your 5.X license in 4.X, while the other said that they are separate license keys and need to be purchased separately.

I owned both version 4.x and now 5.x and I am pretty sure that the same key will not work for both versions, as each key contains version number it refers to.
