I've been trying to contact Yes Software now for 5+ business days.

No answers for sales or support.

No way to use my current license.

I need a call back I've left several messages.

Apparently the issue was that they had previously responded to one of my e-mail addresses that has them somehow black listed (hence I wasn't able to even get the mails in the spam box).

I had been providing my cellular phone number and an alternate e-mail address frequently during my attempts however, someone finally contacted me at a different address with an up-to-date license code so I can work.

Hopefully they'll take my offer to list the other e-mail address as I hope to avoid a situation like this in the future (I don't know why they might be silently blocked and the odds of my undoing it are slim as I am not a systems administrator for AT&T).
