Not seen this before...
I develop locally then transfer online.
The app looks great on the local server using Chrome, but when I view the same page online using Chrome the fonts are smaller, the table padding seems smaller (it's not) and the images are reduced. It says the size of my logo is "182 x 82 (natural size 183 x 83)"
It's only Chrome IE and FF are fine.
Any thoughts?

Maybe try ctrl+0 in browser to set the screen size (display) to 100% ?
Just a thought...
