HI,
As I mentioned in the title I have project created in CCS 4.3 and since it's not that big I can "convert" into CCS 5.0 if there is compatibility issue between Artisteer 4.0 and CCS 4.3.
The main dilemma is can I and how apply the new design into current CCS project?
Or Do I have to start from beginning?

Artisteer 4.0 does not support exports to CCS 4.3
I do not think a converted CCS 4.3 to CCS 5 will support Artsy designs.
I suspect you will need to start from scratch.
