Hi,
When I made design in Artisteer 4.0, then export it to CCS 5.0 how I can :
Add new button or page?
Do I have to do it in CCS 5.0 or in Artisteer 4.0 then somehow migrate to current project in CCS 5.0?

Use Artisteer ONLY for the look. I am still using Artisteer 3 as 4 is just too full of bugs.
Create new elements, pages, menus etc. in CCS and apply the design when yoyu create them.
A Panel is created in new CCS pages called 'Content'. Put all your page content in this panel in CCS.
A Panel is created in new CCS pages called 'Menu'. Put all your menus in this panel in CCS.
And that is basically just about it.
