Seems to only make sense that you should be able to checkout a module
and/or branch from within CodeCharge.

Currently you must checkout your project first from your CVS client
program, then open it up in CodeCharge.

The more you have to do from your CVS client software (such as ability
to add a comment to commits), then the more useless CodeCharge's
built-in CVS features become.
