Needed my upgrade serial number for CCS5 perpetual which was purchased almost a year ago. Submitted support request 1/13/13 and no response. Numerous calls to support and no call backs.
Have been a licensed user since 2002. This is not the level of support I have received in the past.
Is there any other way to get a response from YesSoftware or is this everyone's experience?

Received prompt response in January through ticket system, but didn't know it. I was expecting an email.
Took URL from a prior case and changed to my current ticket number and results came up.
So - response good, I just didn't know it .
Just a communication issue. Would be nice to search tickets by email address only.
