Hello,
Today I moved all my datas on SSD Hard Disk. I was very surprised that after I builded an image from old to new disk (by using EaseUs Todo Backup Free) both CCS5 and CCS4, into the new disk, were able to started but I can't create any new pages/projects and I can't do any type of update to any of my existing pages/projects.
I think this behaviour is similar to the Trial Versions of CCS.
I tryed to reinstall both CCS5 and CCS4 and I regenerated the license key but the problem was not solved.
Is there a way to fully remove and reinstall CCS5. I noted that after uninstalling CCS5 it's license still remain (I think in windows registry) and it's used by any new installation.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks in advance.

I uninstalled both CCS5 and CCS4 by executing the following steps:

1) Uninstall CCS5 and CCS4 by using the application uninstaller.

2) Clean the registry with CCleaner

3) Open regedit and search CCS Serial Number. Then remove all the registry items founded (two in my case)

4) Open regedit and search the string "CodeChrage" . Then remove all the registry items founded.

5) Install CCS

6) Reactivate the product.

You could try deleting HKEY_CURRENT_USER;Software;YesSoftware

If this doesn't work, submit a support request, Helen knows the registry keys that have to be removed before a clean installation. I've done it once or twice, but cannot quite remember all of it now....
