I have come across a strange problem.
When I try to publish anything by using Publish Project, or F9, or Publish Page, none of it actually gets published...
The only time the publish works is if I use Quick Publish, which doesn't publish small things like the translations and other stuff like that.
Has anyone ever come across this before? I contacted support about it, still no solution. I tried rebooting, reinstalling, I can't figure it out! It is only happening on this 1 project, my other projects seem fine.
So I decided to post here just in case someone has seen this issue before.

Same behavior, then in code editor opened one of code files, not page (Example: config.txt, ext.js, ..). Then press Publish button - published only this code page. Close it and all project published correctly.

Very strange behavior.
I really needed my translations to be published so this is the temporary work around I came up with:
'Generate Code' on the 'Publish File', then switch to 'Files Explorer', and then 'Publish' the 'App_Code' and 'App_GlobalResources'.
Although, I haven't noticed if this would also do like what you mentioned about publishing the entire project.
