I submitted a ticket to support, and normally i get an immediate reply from the automated system. Today - no reply? Is support up/down?

I also submitted a ticket today and got both an automated response and a reply. Check you junk/spam folders.

Yes, that was it. The enterprise mail folk were tweaking their spam rules. i tracked down the emails. Thanks for reminding me.

Same problems here... Had a ticket opened a few weeks back...
Never heard anything..

But was told "All emails are responded to within a day."...
So I don't know...

Tried calling today and still no luck...

i opened a ticket today rearding a small bug in the Beta. and i got a auto-reply just in 1min
i will let you know as soon i get the reply

Not not even an auto-reply.

There is nothing in my spam folder...
I'm not aware of any corporate filters, but you never know..

Can the details be looked up by ticket #?

If you really need to test out. open an outside mail account (just as a test)

gmail / hotmail / etc

It seems kind of silly to open another ticket if work and a response was provided for the old ticket...


Is there anyway to check on the status of the old ticket?
Or redirect it to another address ??

to chekc ticket status or update you only has to follow the link you recived when you opened.
