Show Insert Button (Button_Insert) permanently on form

Hello,

Does anyone know how to keep the Button_Insert (Add Record) permanently visible and active on a form? It is automatically hidden when the "Edit" record link is used. I am using Java.

I have tried:

Form Level Before Show: e.getGrid().getControl("Button_Insert").setVisible(true);

Button Level Before Show: e.getControl().setVisible(true);

Any ideas?
