I used the grid and record builder to successfully create the forms. Everything was working OK.

I added a file upload component to the record form , now the submit does not work any more.
There is no error the add/edit record form closes and nothing has changed on the grid.

I have the file upload component working on different pages on an editable grid and on a record form.

So I guess I'm asking if anyone else has this working.

I have a series of Knowledge Base articles, the page displays one article in a record with associated documents in a grid below. the grid was made with the builder to make use of the ajax refresh if you add another document.

Not quite familiar with ASP, but you may try some C# grid and UI form control:
