I am reading that 4.5 has some advantages over v 4.0. I am new at ASP.NET and just wondering what other are thinking with regards to CCS.
Does it make that much difference?
Should I wait for a new appl to develop in 4.5 or can I simply change the target version in CCS and republish when it is supported?

I think 4.5 (and 4.5.1) are in place updates to 4.0. So if you put your website on a machine or server with this update it should run fine. Existing CCS code won't take advantage of new features but should benefit from improvements to existing libraries.
