Can I select say a folder or several pages and change the restricted access all at the same time? This will save alot of time!

Agreed - recently had to change a project from security levels where "Higher level accessess lower levels' to setting each page manually.
There is no bulk-change, but you can click on the page and the Page Properties will appear, you can get to the 'Restricted' popup from there. Saves you opening the page directly and then going to Properties. A few seconds savings though.
