 Sudden CCS not perform form validation...

Today I noticed that CCS5.1 / WIN8/ PHP 5 no longer perform form validation
Any of you, greatness , has the same problem as me?

I answer my own question :-)

if you have the same problem, here because:
If you add a new lang file and set it up as the default translation and if you have not completed the default rows translation of CCS - it not show any errors and skip validation.
