Hi,
As of version 32.xxx of Google Chrome the update panel feature never work anymore.
(maybe earlier Chrome version also involved)
Anyone experienced this behavior?

I test with Chrome and the update panel works just fine.

Agree with saseow - using Chrome for most of my testing and not noticed any problems.

"event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead."
This is the message what I received.
I am still investigate.

Yes - I get that when testing, but it hasn't stopped the code working, just warned about it.
It is in the jQuery library anyway (error shows 'jquery.js line 3345') in which case it will be fixed when the jQuery library is updated (or I do it myself depending on what features I want)

I have the same issue with my old project version, I moved to custom jQuery, so I didn't investigate how to fix this...
Oh and I'm using CCS 5.0.
