Hi,

Recently I am trying to build this form by selecting two tables. But somehow, I able to published it successfully. However when I copy over to my server and access through browser, it throw me internal server error. But it is working fine if I just select one table to view in the grid.

Is it because of my steps implement got problem?

Here is what I applied to build the page (in case anything relevant in my steps applying the form wrongly):
1- click on the Form tab>EditableGridLayout
2- choose my connection type, select one table from the dropdown list (instead of BuildQuery)
3- complete the necessary inform and created the gridlayout
4- here, I go to the Grid properties and change the datasource from "Table" to "SQL".
5- I copy over my query from the notepad to the SQL sheet provided in the CCS5 UI (the reason is because if I am not doing so, my CCS5 will crash) and click Finish.
6- in preview design, able to see the data listed.
7- I published and it finished successfully.
8- I copy over the .jsp, .xml and handlers.jsp file to my server through FileZilla
9- Try to access in IE browser, and it hit internal error

I had been trying for the whole day, but still not able to resolve it.

Can anyone help to provide some advice.

I am running the CCS as normal user, not as admin.
Because our lead not allow us to access the studio using admin.

If what I provided is not detailed enough, please kindly let me know. I will provide any necessary screenshot if it is needed for clearance image.

Thanks.

What is the internal error you get?

are you publishing it locally and can you view it successfully on your Dev machine? Then if it breaks on the Server, it would be something different between the two. Perhaps the database connection is different between Design mode and Live Server?

Can't tell without some hint as the actual error you get - try turning IE's 'Friendly Error messages' OFF to get more details of the problem.

Thanks

Eric
