Can anybody tell me how to best keep CC 2.0.5 from overwriting
templates changed with Macromedia's Dreamweaver ?

In the Page Properties window, you can uncheck the "Regenerate HTML page" option so that the HTML template for that particular page is not generated again.
You can also prevent both the HTML template and the .asp page from being generated by unchecking their corresponding checkbox in the Generator where all pages are listed.
