CCs4.3 on Win 7.
Data or Report Grid
almost anything i do a control via properties is taking a minute per click.
for instance, change the format of an integer Report Label or its name.
what isn't taking any time is insert new control, insert a column.
This is a new problem, prior to today, no issue.
any thoughts?

Same problem. CCS 4.3 on Win 7 32bit. Two different machines.
Did you find a solution?

It started happening to me when my sql server was upgraded from 2005 to 2008 r2,
I had no local database, my design and server connection pointed to the server. Before the upgrade I had no design delay, after every click seemed to take minutes.
A reboot of the sql server seemed to fix it. Then the next day same problem.
I think I finally resolved it.
I created a copy of the database schema only, no data. I point my design connection to it (it happens to be 2005 so I have not ruled out the sql version), but I no longer have the issue.
